The room was attractive and comfortable, roomy.
Yelling in the hallway after 11 pm. Bathroom corners were dusty.
Overall appearance and cleanliness satisfactory. Restaurant on site. Ocean view was beautiful with sounds of the waves crashing all night. Sound-proofing needed as noise from hallway was evident.

Dirty, scary, unkept, old, worn out.
Terrible. I travel with business every other week. This is the only bad experience I have ever had. This hotel is terrible. It's very unlcean, old and needs a lot of work.

I arrived earlier than the stated check in time and the staff said they had plenty of rooms until they saw that I booked through Priceline. They then told me that they did not have any of the type room I booked available until the stated check in time. Rooms. Stains on curtains and sheets. Mold on wall. Smoke odor.
Hotel is located in a good area with a lovely beach. Rooms were very poorly maintained. Mold, brown stains on curtains and lampshade, cigarette butts and matches on balcony, leaking faucets, etc.

Location is a bit far from the main boardwalk, but pretty close to nicer restaurants. It's definitely a value for the price we paid.
